Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, excluding, U.S. and company observed holidays. Expedited orders placed after 9am PST may not ship until the following business day and may not include Weekend Delivery. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

Johnny Was ships orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 200 other

Please note: Due to current restrictions with our partner carriers, we are unable to ship to all countries globally. If your country is not shown when selecting the globe icon, shipping is currently unavailable.

SHOPPING ONLINE & CHECKOUT

International customers can now browse and shop our website in their local currency by selecting their country from the dropdown menu in the main navigation.

Depending on your destination country/location, duties, and taxes may be required. You may now prepay these fees at checkout to guarantee no additional charges on delivery.

Shipping Fees & Import Charges

We offer Express Global Shipping via DHL for all international orders. Shipping Fee amounts are noted may vary by destination country.

For orders going to the United Kingdom, European Union, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand, all prices shown are inclusive of import duties and taxes.

For all other countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.

Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

NOTE: Any inspections, additional fees applied, and the release of your package are beyond our control, should you decide not to prepay your taxes during checkout.

Processing and Status

Please review and confirm your shipping address before submitting your order. Once your order is placed,
the shipping address cannot be changed or modified. If an invalid address is provided, there may be a delay
in the processing and delivery of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email
providing your tracking number and carrier information. You may also track your order here.

Orders Arriving in Multiple Shipments

Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, your payment method will be charged separately for each shipment. Pre-order items will be shipped separately on or around the estimated delivery date stated at the time of purchase.
